Duncan rejoined the reporting team at the Coventry Telegraph in 2008 after two years as editor of the Rugby Times. He was previously chief reporter of the Warwickshire Telegraph and district news reporter at the Leicester Mercury. He began his career in 1995 at the Rugby Observer.
