Building a healthy appetite
CELEBRITY gardener Monty Don has been bending the ear of Birmingham MP Gisela Stuart over the need to encourage healthy eating.
He argues that encouraging people to cook healthy food can do as much for the health of the nation as getting the Olympics to Britain.
Ms Stuart agrees: "I find it depressing when I go into schools and find that rather than learning how to cook a traditional soup, children are asked to come up with a new design for a Mars bar."
