Rules hit the wrong note for Peter

KYLIE Minogue's career has been worrying Peter Luff.

The Conservative MP for Mid Worcestershire has been warning that new regulations will effectively mean the end of live concerts because stars will no longer be able to use radio microphones.

Speaking in the Commons, he said: "It will have a devastating effect."
