Digby lives the quiet life in Lords

WHEN Lord Jones of Birmingham stepped down from the Government, some old-school Labour MPs demanded he give up his seat in the House of Lords.
The truth is that they never liked the idea of Digby Jones, former Director General of the CBI, being a member of a Labour government in the first place.
But they needn’t have worried about him abusing his House of Lords privileges.
Hansard shows he hasn’t actually said anything there since May.
