Problems with the waterworks

BIRMINGHAM city centre has possibly the most inconvenient conveniences in the country.

I discovered this the other day, when I headed to the loos below the ramp in Stephenson Street.

The gents has been closed for two years, apparently.

The council say it's all down to "drainage problems".

Believe me, I know a thing or two about those, having virtually sprung a leak myself in the hunt for a public toilet I could use.
