Better safe than sorry
MY MATES in Birmingham Airport's press office are feeling sick this week after the undercover report on ITV's Tonight programme, exposing serious security flaws.
Most workers at BIA are, of course, hard-working and conscientious, a fact which went unreported in this excellent documentary.
Anyone feeling sorry for themselves ought to bear this in mind, though. It's better to have a PR disaster, than a mid-air disaster.
