Sorensen in Middlesbrough link

MARTIN O'Neill insists he knows nothing of Middlesbrough's supposed interest in Thomas Sorensen, who will soon be out of contract.
"I don't know anything about it," he said.
Sorensen used the international break to speak about his frustrations on the sidelines at Villa and hinted at a January move.
O'Neill says he is not surprised there is speculation surrounding the Dane and his comments have done little to change the view that the goalkeeper will soon be on the move.
He said: "Thomas is an international player. He is not in the (Villa) team, his contract runs out at the end of the season, so I am not surprised there is talk about his future," said O'Neill.
