Reserve goalkeeper Brad Guzan will replace Brad Friedel, while Nicky Shorey, Zat Knight, Craig Gardner and Moustapha Salifou are also set to return to the team.
O’Neill rotated his squad to fine effect during their last UEFA Cup tie at Slavia Prague when his able deputies secured a 1-0 win to put Villa top of Group F.
