Martin O’Neill full of praise for Aston Villa's Moustapha Salifou
with a shout and the Villa boss is looking for them to prove their worth.
“I think that these players are very important anyway,’’ he said.
“I had not realised I had used 17 players in the league and started 15 this season.
“I don’t know how that reflects on different people. Winning football matches is all I am being judged on.
“I want players to have that determination to get into the team, win their place, be there on merit and if we have to rotate at some stage or other, then that’s fine as well.
“But you have to know that whatever rotation you make that you are not seriously weakening the team.”
