Aston Villa boss O'Neill: I wish I was playing alongside Ashley Young!

MARTIN O’Neill revealed that Ashley Young’s performance against CSKA Moscow had him yearning to turn back the clock and put on his boots.
“We have got some really, really quality players playing at this football club who are as gifted as they come,” he said.
“Ashley Young delivers a ball well – I wish I was playing. I wish I was four years younger, I would score 29 goals, seriously!
“You are not having to do anything to put them into the net. Just streak it on in. He is an exceptional deliverer of the ball.
“He also gives himself the angle and it is very dangerous.”
O’Neill believes Villa deserved to take a lead over to CSKA Moscow for next Thursday’s second leg.
The Villa boss was particularly praising of his midfield duo of Stiliyan Petrov and Gareth Barry as well as striker Gabby Agbonlahor after the 1-1 draw at Villa Park.
