Graham Taylor says Aston Villa need better back-up

GRAHAM Taylor believes Martin ONeill must go shopping for squad players because his first team is already strong enough to compete.
The former Villa boss is confident ONeills men have enough quality to challenge the top four when they are able to field their first choice starting XI.
But Taylor reckons Villa need better back-up on the bench to step into the breach and maintain the level whenever players are injured or suspended.
I always say that you judge a manager after three years, that is the minimum, said Taylor.
Martin is now going into the fourth year and it is now his team and his squad.
When I have seen Villa play, and he has had his full team out, they have been good enough.
