Birmingham City want Aston Villa's Craig Gardner

ASTON VILLA'S Craig Gardner is high on Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish's summer wish list.
McLeish has said he wants to add another midfielder, despite having already signed Lee Bowyer and Barry Ferguson over the summer.
But it is thought that the financial package for the Brummie might be too hefty - not that boss Martin O'Neill has indicated he would sell.
