PROUD Brummie Gabby Agbonlahor has assured the claret and blue brigade that Villa’s players share the fans’ passion for Second City success.

Agbonlahor scored the winner as Villa triumphed 2-1 over Blues the last time they met at St Andrew’s in November 2007.

And the Erdington-born striker was on target again as Martin O’Neill’s men completed a double with their Villa Park Demolition Derby in April last year.

“The derby means everything to the fans,” said Agbonlahor.
