ENVIOUS England wannabe Stephen Warnock fears the international break has come at the worst possible time for him.
Villa new-boy Warnock feels he is on the brink of reaching full match fitness following his first four appearances.
But the former Blackburn defender is frustrated that the 12-day gap between Premier League matches could set him back.
And Warnock admits he is a little bit jealous of Villa’s England trio of Emile Heskey, James Milner and Gabby Agbonlahor.
“I am envious,” he said.
“I’m getting my fitness and getting back into it again. Before I came here I missed a few games so I’m a little bit low on fitness.
