Martin O'Neill recently spoke out against criticism of his policy of buying players late in the transfer window.
After coming under fire from some fans he responded by saying: "Honestly, I couldn’t care less whether I get unfairly criticised", and he argued that the business Aston Villa did late in the season actually made them a much stronger proposition.
