Garry O'Connor backing Birmingham City new boy David Murphy

GARRY O'Connor today declared that left-back David Murphy plays football the 'right way'.
Blues' £1.5million capture from Hibernian impressed the Blues striker when he was at Easter Road.
He said: "David has a lot of quality in his left foot. He gets up and he gets forward and he gets balls in the box.
"He's fantastic for setpieces, corners.
"When I played with him at Hibs he came from Middlesbrough and he's been taught the right way, I feel, how to play football. I think he's a great addition to the squad.
"I was a bit surprised he stayed at Hibs as long as he did.
"He's a great lad, a great character. I'm glad he's come to Birmingham, a big club, in the Premier League, and we'll see what he's made of basically."
