James McFadden backed to cope with his price tag
ALEX McLeish has predicted James McFadden will relish the 'responsibility' of being Birmingham City's star £5 million signing.
"He has brought a bit of creativity from middle to front which we had lacked," said the manager. "James has definitely added something to that part.
"He has taken the responsibility on of being a £5 million player. James knows that is what comes with the territory of being looked upon - and when people look at you as a top player, you have to take that responsibility and you have to show consistency, do it in every single game, and he will relish that."
"He has settled in well and is a popular lad in the dressing room," McLeish added.
