Birmingham City fans have their say on Karren Brady
Birmingham City fans have been sending plenty of emails/letters our way since Karren Brady's comments in The Sun last week.
I REALLY think Karren Brady should think twice before blabbing in her Sun column.
I think there is serious conflict of interest when she uses her inside knowledge of goings on at Blues to fill a few column inches.
A few weeks ago she told us that Kris Boyd’s agent was back in touch. Watch this space, she said. Nothing happened, except Boyd’s agent denied the story.
More recently she revealed what Blues were paying Quincy. Surely that should be a private matter between player and club?
Now, probably worst of all, she has shot her mouth off about Alex McLeish, making comments that can only harm Blues’ promotion effort.
What’s that all about? If she had performed her own duties better in the past, we might have had players like Paul Scharner and Curtis Davies playing for us and relegation might never have happened.
I can’t think of any other active executive in football who would air current club information in a newspaper column.
I was at the AGM when Brady told us how passionate about the club McLeish is and how much he wanted to succeed.
Her Sun drivel must already have been written by then. If we had more committed owners she would be called to task for that.

GREAT, this is all we need. Just when the team is beginning to string a few results together the MD chooses this time to make an unprovoked attack on the manager who, in spite of a lot of criticism from fans, is doing his utmost under difficult circumstances (injury problems and limited resources) to get the team back in the Premier League.
Perhaps if the board do decide to get rid of anyone they might consider it being the MD as opposed to the manager.

WHAT annoys me is that Karren Brady spent Wednesday night informing all and sundry that Alex McLeish has her full backing.
What is the point in this?
I still think McLeish is rubbish but why did she leave it until now, just as we get some form and after she says Blues are not going to sack him? Also, if a player or manager made comments about her running of the club they would be fined or speaking out of turn.

THE things Karren Brady says in the press is the type of unprofessional drivel that would get her sacked at most (properly run) clubs.
She appears to have joined the “I only open my mouth to change feet” club frequented by other members of our board.
How they have made so much money defies logic.
At times they seem stupid beyond belief.

I DON’T think Karren Brady should discuss anything whatsoever that concerns Birmingham City FC outside of the club.
She is a member of the board and therefore privvy to inside information that I think is a confidentiality issue and a conflict of interest.
I suggest she keeps her mouth shut, stops making our club a joke and gets on with the job in which she no doubt earns a fortune.

MAYBE she thinks that by deflecting criticism to the manager, the fans will be oblivious to the real mugs who are fleecing us.

THE thing that annoyed me most in Karren Brady’s column was how she saw the typical Blues fan: ‘‘drunk with a can of lager in the hand singing KRO.’’
She couldn’t give a monkey’s about us.
