Birmingham City promotion battle: The fans speak out!
Mallet: Tho the way be long let your hearts beat stong (or is that only when it suits you? or when when things are going well??) KEEP RIGHT ON TO THE END!!!.
So get behind the team while we still have a chance.. McLeish or not!!!!
We are not knocking the team, only the selection of it.
When he plays Jerome on his own like at Charlton, it makes Jerome look a prat, as we all know he cant control a ball he cant head a ball or shield it.
How can you win matches if you play negative? Give wolves their due, they bounced back from us beating them and are virtually promoted. But they score goals regular, 2 or 3 some games, we struggle to score one, and look at our goals for record and who have scored them.
Go back to the Boyd fiasco, how many has he scored for Rangers? More than our lot put together .
McLeish has got to go whether we get promoted or not, and half the team with him.
ExPatJohn: I yearn for St Andrews on match day, I have withdrawal symptoms on match days and am already half tanked in dread...but I wouldn't change a thing about my bloodline.
DinoZoff4:Just a thought but is the prem the place to be or not?
If we go up then what? Next season top 4 will be the same usual suspects, the rest fighting to get into the uefa cup that no one wants cause its garbage, the rest are panicking to stay up, we all know this so apart from the money is the prem boring?
Take the championship, lots of big teams down there, no can predict who is going to win a game let alone the league, who will win the playoffs?
We might have more glamour games in the prem, but in my opinion the championship is a far more exciting lge than the prem eventhough we all wanna be in the prem.
Jazzy786: We are second. Yes, we drew a game we all feel we should've won easily. There are no easy games in the Championship. Charlton raised their game against us and in the end we needed a goal line clearance and two saves from Taylor to even come away with a point. It was a hard fought point that has restored us back into second place. If we better or equal our next four results to Sheffield Utd we make an automatic spot. If Sheffield are better over their next four games then they deserve the automatic spot. As it is there is still everything to play for including the title.
Blues BorthersUK: Some our fans have not been entertained for that long (since McLeish took charge) that they now think its acceptable to be bored rigid for 90 mins but come away with a lucky point or 3
No sugar In mine thanks: All hail the mighty Forest who have kept us alive. A point gained is probably right, but that is two winnable games this weekend, neither won. We are running out of time.
