Birmingham City fans have their say on Bobo Balde
Birmingham City have been linked once again to veteran Celtic defender Bobo Balde... good news or bad news?

Bazzab: We get rid of Jaidi to bring in this pile of rubbish. There has to more of a reason why he has not played for Celtic.
Eric: A good move by McLeish. Other comments show the disregard some Blues fans have - they should go support another club. Look at Celtic supporters comments on Balde - many think he is still their best centre half and they realize the issue is politics.
Celts: Been a blues fan over 35 years now live in Scotland. Hear a lot of stories about players moving to Blues but to think Bobo Balde signing is a joke he has not played for Celtic. For over a year he cannot get in first team even when Celtic are down to their bare bones. So come on McLeish do us a favour buy somebody young with a bit more skill, not old rejected men.
Paulnewnm: I was on a course a couple of weeks ago with a Celtic fan and he said that Balde was probably their best defender and I have no reason to not believe him.
Tilton1875: Its very apparent that one of our most obvious additions of the summer will happen.
I said in January that if we came up he would come. Balde has been true to his word and maybe when he is free he will speak out about his treatment. Celtic would only let him go on a free transfer previously if he remained silent. His principals have cost him a year in football but we shall see if it was worth it.
The great situation is that he will be with Blues on a none contract basis during pre-season so at least he will have to prove his fitness first.
All in all I believe it could be a good move as to me he is a much more quicker mobile Jaidi.
