Arsenal legend isn't interested in Birmingham City move

Birmingham City felt compelled to dampen down fresh speculation about Patrick Vieira by issuing a statement denying that club officials met him on Wednesday.
Blues managing director Karren Brady did meet with the Internazionale midfielder’s agents earlier in the summer, the statement said, but there has been no further contact. Blues have always considered the Vieira signing on a free transfer a long shot, despite tabling a £90,000-a-week contract.
Vieira has spoken with Paris St Germain and Lyon have shown a strong interest.
But the ex-Arsenal captain has indicated that he doesn’t fancy a move to Blues.
