It is key to the whole takeover as shareholders have to agree to a new rights issue that will underpin the buy-out.
Mindful of the sorry state of affairs in 2007 when Yeung was unable to purchase any more than 29.9 per cent of the club, his camp have been quick to stress that there are no problems this time.
It is because of procedural matters not due to a lack of finances that the takeover has been delayed, they said.
