Sebastian Larsson says Birmingham City must walk the walk

SEBASTIAN Larsson is convinced that this is the best Blues side he has played in.

So it’s time to walk the walk, according to the Swedish star.

Larsson joined Blues at the start of 2006-07 on loan from Arsenal, a move that was eventually made permanent.

His own future remains clouded as there has been no breakthrough in talks about a new contract.

Blues have left their latest, improved, offer with him.

But he says his main concentration is all about sorting out Blues, not his own future.

“I would say this is the best team we’ve had here in a long time, yes,” he comments.

“I think there’s a lot more potential in the squad than we’ve been able to show.

“There’s players who can do things that we haven’t had before. We’re definitely moving in the right direction.
