STEPHEN Carr says Birmingham City will do everything they can to become the club’s history men.
They are desperate to overturn West Ham United’s first-leg semi-final lead, and then lift the Carling Cup at Wembley.
Blues’ only major domestic honour was the 1963 League Cup, when the competition was in its infancy and not all the top clubs entered.
Victory tonight would also be unifying and ease the tension and halt the recent friction surrounding Blues.
“It could be a moment in the season where everything changes for us,” nods Carr.
“But this is completely separate to that and the league. For the lads, the management, and supporters, we’ve got a great chance of Wembley.
“The club haven’t won anything in 136 years, so we can put our names down in the history of the club by going there and winning.
