Rory May joins Willenhall
WILLENHALL Town reckon they have completed a signing coup after welcoming striker Rory May to the club.
The much-travelled one-time Tamworth and Solihull Borough player had spent pre-season with Evesham United but then started the campaign with Stratford Town.
Reds manager Shaun Cunnington has been searching for a proven forward and May will now be vying with Justin Nesbitt, Josh McKenzie and youngsters Ross Harris and Matty Salmon for the roles up front. May will be available for his debut on Saturday when Willenhall entertain Grantham in UniBond Division One South.
Cunnington said: “It was always my intention to bring in another forward. We missed out on a few who went to play at a higher level but we have had to be patient. We are delighted to have Rory on board.”.
