Sporting get off the mark
SPINNEY are still searching for their first point in the Festival Premier after crashing to a 4-2 reverse at Kingshurst Sporting.
There was no stopping Sporting in the first half as they raced into a 3-0 lead through goals from Hollis, Keen and McMenemy.
A second McMenemy goal increased Sporting’s lead still further and ensured their first Premier success before Spinney pulled goals back through Black and Long.

Stockland Star are matching strides with Aston Social as they too sport a 100 per cent record from four games.
Star extended their winning sequence with a 7-1 thrashing of Grosvenor Park after Nicholls, Williams and Tyrell all netted twice.
Erdington Cosmos Keys have also made an excellent start by reeling off a trio of victories, although their 2-1 win over Hamstead YFC proved a close run thing.

Warren Athletic reeled off their third win to go top of Premier One with a narrow 2-1 success over Lion of Judah.
