Wyrley hand out a thrashing
WYRLEY continued their wonderful start to the season with a seven-goal thrashing of Brookvale Social.
Two goals from Perkins and J Cooper led the charge with R Cooper, Newcombe and Corkhill adding the rest as Wyrley secured their fourth straight victory.
St Joseph occupy second spot but only on goal difference from Oscott Libs.
The Libs were given a real run for their money by Arcadia before winning 3-1 thanks to a couple of goals from Richards and one by Dormer after Sadiq had brought Arcadia back on levels terms.
St Joseph were pushed hard by JC Lions before they clinched a 3-1 victory with goals from Rennie, Reid and Barmer. Smith replied for Lions.
Ruskin Hall remain rooted to the bottom without a point after a 7-2 reverse against SixTen.
Larmour netted a hat-trick with Malloy, O’Carroll, Groutage and Graham chipping in with the others. Ruskin replied through Mahone and James.
