Romulus wary of Castle Vale threat

ROMULUS boss Richard Evans revealed he has left nothing to chance ahead of today’s FA Cup clash with Midland Combination minnows Castle Vale.
“I’ve already watched them twice. They are a very good side going forward and that’s something my players will be aware of,’’ he said.
“Everyone’s been talking about the tie locally but I think we’ve got them at the right time because my side’s coming into a bit of form.’’
Roms recorded their first Southern League success of the season with a 1-0 victory over Soham Town Rangers.
They followed up with a 2-1 win over Rushall Olympic this week in the Birmingham Senior Cup with goals from Lei Brown and Tom Franklin.
Evans added: “We should be at full strength against Castle Vale so there can be no excuses.’’
