HALESOWEN Town suffered a 2-1 defeat at Banbury United and now find themselves in the Southern Premier Division’s relegation zone.
It follows the Yeltz’s ten-point deduction for going into administration.
The punishment appeared to affect Halesowen’s performance as they rode their luck before falling behind.

Banbury went further ahead early in the second half through Benjamin before Halesowen came to life.
Stefan Moore pulled a goal back after David Blenkinsopp’s initial shot had been blocked – and then both Eze and Moore missed chances to get Halesowen level.

Sean Evans came closest to breaking the deadlock for Stourbridge when he chipped a shot over goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan only to see defender Steve Luckett head off the line.
Richard Ball had Evesham’s best chances but he was twice denied by former Kidderminster Harriers goalkeeper Stuart Brock.
Sutton Coldfield Town crashed 2-1 against Atherstone Town in the Midland Division.

Bromsgrove Rovers are enduring troubled times.
After announcing plans to enter administration, they have now lost interest in the FA Trophy, tumbling out at the preliminary-round stage with a 2-0 reverse at Fleet Town.
Goals either side of half-time from Nathan Smart and a Mark Anderson penalty did the damage.
Chasetown progressed courtesy of a 2-1 win at Lincoln United, thanks to goals from Reece Stych and Vaughan Thomas, while Stourport Swifts slumped 1-0 against Hungerford Town.
