'More to come' from in-form Romulus says manager Richard Evans

RICHARD Evans admits Romulus will only be satisfied if they book a place in the play-offs this season.

The Sutton Coldfield-based side extended their unbeaten run to seven games after their midweek draw against Rothwell Town.

They have won five and drawn two in that run to move within three points of the top five in the Zamaretto Midlands.

“We are the top Midlands side in the league at the moment so we must be doing something right,” quipped Evans.

“We’re not ready for the play-offs yet but we’re getting there. That’s the target – we definitely want to have a go for the play-offs.

“I know there’s more to come from this squad.”

The Roms will let striker Wayne Davis join Massey Ferguson over the Christmas period to help his fitness following a knee injury.
