BRILLIANT back rower Chevvy Pennycook has called for a repeat performance when rejuvenated Moseley make the return trip to Esher next weekend.
The talismanic No. 8 inspired his side to a play off victory that was good as it was necessary on Friday night, with a display of immense character as Mose came back from the dead to haul themselves off the bottom of the relegation group.
Where the gifted Pennycook followed back row colleagues Ben Pons, Michael Maltman and tight five forwards Adam Caves and David Lyons followed as Mose secured not just the win but what could be a crucial bonus point.
And just seven days on from their disastrous derby defeat to Bees, events in Plymouth last night mean Pennycook and his team-mates make the trip to the Pillar Data Arena with their fate once more in their own hands.
And the Bristolian says Mose must carry the belief engendered last night into their next three games.
"The key was our intensity, we banged on about it all week and today we just made sure we were up for it," he said.
"We all know we can play at that level, we have just got to set our minds to it, we did and you've seen what happened.
"It's personal preparation, sometimes it takes having your back against the wall to switch on.
"Unfortunately that's what's happened but we have come through it, we have now got to that level - we can't go below it.
"We have got to keep going and going because we have still got more in the bank.
