New deal for Craig Gillies

WORCESTER Warriors lock Craig Gillies has signed a new three-year contract with the Guinness Premiership strugglers.

The 31-year-old former England A international joined the Warriors in 2002 and his new deal will take him up to summer 2011.

Director of Rugby Mike Ruddock said: "He has been an outstanding player during his time at Warriors and his great form in the recent win over Bristol showed just how devastating he can be on his day.

"Given Craig's excellent attitude towards his physical development and conditioning, I see no reason for his form to diminish over the next three years."
