Worcestershire in Kidderminster flood deal

WORCESTERSHIRE have safeguarded against last summer's flood disasters by reaching an agreement with Kidderminster Cricket Club to play matches there if there is a repeat this season.

Worcestershire played two county matches and several one-dayers on the Chester Road ground after New Road was flooded in June and July.

They will invest £50,000 in the facilities at Kidderminster over the next five years.
