West Brom: Cox enjoying attacking midfield role

SIMON Cox admits he is enjoying his new role as a midfielder.
He has been converted from an attacker into a deeper-lying forward, playing just off the lone-striker.
Cox, who has been mainly used in that role after coming on as a substitute, was also played in the position against Blackpool and Manchester City after being chosen ahead of Graham Dorrans.
He said: “Coming on as a substitute, you do hope the game can open up when you’re coming on.
“I enjoy the role where I’ve been playing and I can see myself playing there in the future.
