West Brom: Why Chris Brunt is Fantasy Football's must-have player
Dec 21 2010 by Christopher Lepkowski, Birmingham Mail

ALBION goal creator Chris Brunt is enjoying his status as one of the Fantasy League’s must-have players.
The winger has been one of the club’s best and most consistent performers this season.
And while his performances might have gone unnoticed on a national scale among pundits, he has been wracking up points for fans competing in the popular dream-team competitions.
Brunt’s assists have made him one of the club’s most influential players during the opening half of the campaign.
The Northern Irishman, who has scored twice, has provided ten of Albion’s 22 other Premier League goals.
Such has been his impact that he actually views any lack of contribution into Albion’s goals during any given game as a job half done on his part.
“I suppose I agree with that,” said the 26-year-old, who is preparing for Albion’s Boxing Day trip to Bolton Wanderers.
“It depends where you’re playing on the pitch. That’s a big part of a wide player’s role.
“Fortunately, I’ve been involved in quite a lot of goals this season.
“Even from dead balls I’ve been happy with my delivery.
“All the work we’ve been doing on set-pieces in training is paying off and we’ve scored a few goals from them recently.”
