Fulham pile pressure on Adams
A first half strike from Andrew Johnson and a double from substitute Erik Nevland gave Fulham a 3-1 victory that piled more pressure on Portsmouth's under-fire manager Tony Adams.
Johnson put the home side in front in the 14th minute and Nevland scored twice in the 71st and 80th minutes.
David Nugent notched a consolation effort six minutes from time but the defeat left Portsmouth without a win in their last eight league games.
