Football success for Wheelers Lane Primary School

WHEELERS Lane Primary School have dominated South Birmingham Primary School Football this season.

The 11-a-side team finished top of the South Birmingham Premier league with nine victories and a draw, scoring more than 50 goals.

In addition, the boys won both the 7-a-side and the 4-a-side tournaments.

This week saw a further trophy added to the collection when the girls team won their 4-a-side competition.

It has been a wonderful season and credit must go to all the hard work the children have put in.
