Everton aim for Champions League glory
Everton managed their sixth successive home league win against Stoke, despite being put under serious pressure for much of the second-half.
Round said: "We are on a very good run, one defeat in 18 which is terrific, but we must keep it all ticking over.
"We have had more than a few blows this season with injuries, and the squad have never moaned or complained about what they have been asked to do. They have just got on with it.
"They can grind out a win, they can play good football and win, so we are really pleased with the way things are going and we must just keep that momentum."
And Round had praise for one of Everton's unsung heroes - defender Leighton Baines - as the Merseysiders continued their march on league and cup glory.
He said: "I have been really impressed with Leighton over the last few months, the back four and the keeper have had a lot of plaudits - Tim Howard, Joleon Lescott, Phil Jagielka - but Leighton has been quietly improving.
"He may not always get the plaudits, but he has done really well and going forward he is a real threat. A very important weapon for us.
"I am very excited with his play at the moment, and his partnership down the left with Steven Pienaar is becoming very impressive."
