Bostjan Cesar to leave West Bromwich Albion

WEST Bromwich Albion will not be following up their interest in Bostjan Cesar.
The Slovenian international, who was on a season-long loan from Marseille, will be allowed to return to France, although I understand there is interest from a number of British clubs.
