TONY Mowbray hopes to find a Talismanic figure who will provide the ‘chemistry’ for Albion’s survival bid.

The Baggies boss is putting the finishing touches to his hit list for next month’s transfer window.

January is not the ideal time for strenghtening but Albion made the most of the New Year market four seasons ago.
