Tony Mowbray may bid for Arsenal youngsters to join West Bromwich Albion

Arsenal may not, in my opinion, be a better fit in our team than one of my players.
“He might be a great player but he might not be ready for our team or better than the player we have got who is a seasoned international.
“If they have a certain player that fits the jigsaw puzzle here and is good enough we will ask the question.
“If Mr Wenger says he can go out on loan that’s great, but I would suggest they have already taken dozens of calls from every team in the Championship and half the Premier League.”
Meanwhile, Albion have been among the clubs watching Lech Poznan’s highly-rated striker Robert Lewandowski.
The Polish club revealed that Albion scouts had been at a recent UEFA Cup group game.
The Baggies representatives were not specifically at the game to watch Lewandowski - nor his team-mate Semir Stilic, who has also been linked with the Baggies - but the player is highly-rated and regarded as one of Poland's best young strikers.
If Albion were to pursue the Poland international then he would more likely be a summer target as he will command a substantial transfer fee.
