West Bromwich Albion's fringe players on standy

WEST Bromwich Albion's fringe players are on standby as Tony Mowbray considers wielding the axe ahead of this weekend’s game against Manchester City.
The Baggies were beaten 4-0 by Sunderland in Saturday’s match at the Stadium of Light.
It was their worst performance of the season.
Mowbray has now hinted that he may make changes for the visit of Mark Hughes’s men in Sunday’s televised clash.
That could mean a greater involvement for the likes of Carl Hoefkens, Leon Barnett, Marek Cech, Filipe Teixeira and Craig Beattie.
One player in particular who has struggled of late is Gianni Zuiverloon, who was to blame for Sunderland’s first and third goals.
