West Brom striker is ready for Arsenal

LUKE Moore has been urged to make the most of his chance if he gets the nod for tonight’s game against Arsenal.

The striker impressed during his appearance as a substitute in Saturday’s defeat at Everton.

He had a header cleared off the line and watched a long-range effort hit the bar.

With Jay Simpson ineligible and Roman Bednar still doubtful due to his back injury, Tony Mowbray must decide whether to bring in Moore or go for a five-man midfield.

The Baggies boss has no doubts that Moore will be up to the task against Arsene Wenger’s men if called into action.

“Will he play? It depends on how we set the team up,” said Mowbray.

“He didn’t do himself any harm. He’s a boy with a lot of self-confidence and believes in his own ability.

“We can see what he can do as we witnessed at the weekend.

“Any footballer has to believe in themselves,” he added.
