West Brom skipper leaving Middlesbrough was 'best decision' of my career - Greening

“I think any criticism of his playing style is totally unfair because he is a really good manager.
“When he went to Bolton last year they were right in the bottom three and favourites to go down.
“But he saved them from the drop and kept them in the Premier League.
“This year he has done really well again with the resources he’s got. They are away from the relegation places at the moment and he has done a really good job. He is definitely underestimated as a manager.”
But Greening, who played further an attacking role behind Marc-Antoine Fortuné in last night’s draw at West Ham, claims Tony Mowbray’s style suits his game far more.
“Of course there is a difference and the current Albion style probably suits my game more,” he added.
“But Bolton are definitely effective and there is no right and wrong way of playing.
“They are a few points ahead of us as a very direct, strong team who are very different to us.
“If we got relegated playing football and they stay up battling who is to say who is right or wrong?
“Football is a game of opinions and that’s what makes it such a great game.”
