West Brom boss has total faith in Graham Dorrans

“The best players have the ability to have this awareness and sense what is around them, knowing when they’re under pressure.

“He gives that air of confidence when he’s on the ball, that he’s not going to give it away, lose it and he has the right quality to pick out passes.

“I try to identify players throughout the week in training who are applying their talent as best as they can.

“Thats why Graham is playing centre-midfield in the Premier League for Albion because every day in training he does what you see on a match day.

“He passes it with real quality. His natural game isn’t to try and break it down and win the ball, yet he does that very willingly. He competes and he’s just a good player.

“Whilst we have other good players he also has a discipline to his game. When you ask him to do a specific job or play in a specific area he does so.”
