West Brom boss is busy planning for the future despite Celtic rumours

TONY Mowbray has been busy at West Brom discussing his summer rebuilding plans as speculation continues over his Hawthorns future.
The Baggies manager discussed his transfer policy for next season during meetings at the training ground yesterday, offering an indication that his thoughts are still very much on Albion.
Mowbray remains on Celtic's radar but, at the time of going to press, Albion had not received any approaches for their manager.
Albion's hierarchy are confident of keeping the manager at B71, not least as he was willing to start preparations for next season's promotion push.
That, of course, could change if Celtic do make a move for Mowbray but, as yet, there have been no official moves for the 45-year-old.
If anything, the Old Firm club have moved their own goalposts by claiming that they intend ensuring that the right man is in charge of the club, rather than making a rushed decision, conflicting with their initial stance.
Last night John Reid, Celtic chairman, issued a statement, claiming that a final decisions had not yet been made.
He said: "We are considering a number of possible candidates - however, we have made no official approach to any club. Clearly, Celtic’s priority is to appoint the very best candidate.
"We will aim to do this as soon as we possibly can, but we will also do so in a professional, considered manner and ensure that we appoint the correct individual for the club and its supporters. It is better to get this right rather than be rushed.
