New look for West Brom ground The Hawthorns

"Every season we try to invest in the infrastructure of the club to make it better and to make the matchday experience better and hopefully the supporters, given the great support we’ve had on season ticket renewals, will be there next season in their thousands.

"We are looking forward to that and hopefully, as they were last season and as they always are, they will be behind the team and hopefully giving us a good bit of backing for a promotion push next season."

Peace hopes the feel-good factor from Albion's decent end to the season will continue - despite the current uncertainty over Tony Mowbray's future.

"It was fantastic and there was almost an air of defiance from the fans," he added.

"I think they realise just how close we have been to staying up this season.

"I other seasons I think we have been worried and slightly into damage limitation mode in terms of the way we played.

"But I think the football we played this season has been fantastic and I know from the way the fans reacted they will stay with us next year and give us their support next year and hopefully give us the ability to make a real push for promotion."

*ALBION have completely dismissed reports linking Rangers with Chris Brunt.
