West Brom boss still on Celtic's radar

"If you do well at Celtic, you can have a career and a life that you could only dream of in other places.
"You have 60,000 people watching you week in, week out. The team has reached the last 16 in the Champions League twice in the last three years.
"The fan base is phenomenal and, no matter what, you can attract great players here because there is something here that you would struggle to find elsewhere.
"These days, there's not crazy money to splash around. It's not like when I was playing in Scotland.
"In my time, you had the Laudrups, the Gascoignes, the Di Canios. But this is a different era.
"That's why the Championship is a great place to find guys with potential, rather than guys who are just topping up their pensions.
"Personally, I'd say the strongest candidate is Tony Mowbray, both for the type of football he plays and also his experience.
"He has been around, having done a great job at Hibs and taken West Brom into the Premier League, as well.
"He has a certain way of playing and a philosophy that would suit Parkhead down to the ground.
"However, at present, he is the manager of West Brom football club and that makes a difference because compensation comes into it."
