West Brom fans speak out on Mowbray and Celtic
Santa: Olsson wants out now,well there is no loyalty in football is there.Considering the current lot took us down,i don't know how they have the nerve to think they are any better than Championship players.They took us down,why do we think they can take us back up?Curbishley,decent shout,how about D. Ferguson,Alan Irvine,Coppell,Jewell?,The bloke from B.City.Plenty of youngish managers out there who play good attacking footy.
TonyH: SPL's overall quality is irrelevant, it's the top 2 that count, as TM knows very well from his Hibs time. Further, what's this about 'providing the current squad is largely maintained' given that we know it must be severely trimmed due to being a) too big, and b) has lots of deadwood?
AND given that Mowbray and his coaches have firstly brought in a bunch of lousy defenders (Meite, Barnett, Donk, Martis) + others (Kim etc), and then been unable to coach them, why is it causing such anguish if he goes? Yes, we play nice football, albeit generally ineffective, and extremely vulnerable to sharper attackers. Look at what Pulis did with Stoke - and they can't pay sky-high amounts. Make Curbishley a proper offer!
