West Brom: Jerome Thomas says he's learnt his lesson

JEROME Thomas insists he has learned his lesson as he prepares to return to the Albion side following his recent sending-off.

The 26-year-old was given a straight red card after lashing out at Jack Wilshere in the Carling Cup defeat at Arsenal two weeks ago.

It was the first dismissal of his career and not a moment he is particularly proud of.

Thomas claimed at the time he was reacting to comments made by Wilshere and apologised to his team-mates after the game.

He now aims to make amends when he returns to first-team action against Reading next Saturday.
